Using the Scientific Method to Find the Truth
Now, we are ready to use the negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method to falsify and eliminate the theory of evolution and the second law of thermodynamics from Science.
Let’s use the Scientific Method for what it was designed for. Let’s falsify some theories. Unlike affirming the consequent, negating the consequent or falsifying a theory is philosophically and logically sound. Here’s how falsifying a theory, or negating the consequent, works in principle using the Scientific Method:
Scientific Hypothesis: If Theory X is true, then we will observe Y.
Scientific Observations: We don’t observe Y.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, Theory X is false and has been falsified by the Scientific Method.
This IS the Scientific Method!
This IS a syllogistic form of the Scientific Method. This IS the negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method. This IS the reliable and the true version of the Scientific Method – the one that actually works and produces real results. I stated before that there are many different versions of the Scientific Method and many different methodologies or Scientific Methods. People would know this if they had ever studied the Philosophy of Science.
This IS the philosophically valid and logically sound version of the Scientific Method called negating the consequent. By negating the consequent, we can use the Scientific Method TO PROVE that our theories and ideas are false, and we have in fact PROVEN that they are false. This is the most powerful form of the Scientific Method.
If the second law of thermodynamics predicts that we should be observing proton decay and ever-increasing disorder and chaos throughout our universe, yet we don’t observe anything of the sort, then the second law of thermodynamics is false and has been falsified by the Scientific Method. It’s that simple! There we just used the negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method to falsify the second law of thermodynamics! It’s that simple! We have in fact PROVEN that the second law of thermodynamics is FALSE. We don’t observe ANY of the things that the second law predicts, therefore, WE KNOW that it is false and KNOW that it has been falsified by the Scientific Method. It’s that simple.
Powerful! Is it not?
This is the most powerful form of the Scientific Method!
The things that have NEVER been experienced NOR observed by anyone, not even God, are automatically false and have automatically been falsified by the Scientific Method. Science is observation, experience, and knowledge. If something has NEVER been experienced NOR observed by anyone, then it is false and doesn’t exist. That’s negating the consequent in action! That’s the Scientific Method in action! We can use the Scientific Methods TO PROVE that our theories and ideas are false, and we have in fact PROVEN that they are false.
Brutal!
The Many World or Multi-Me interpretation of Quantum Mechanics predicts that thousands or millions of us should be encountering other versions of ourselves from other universes. The fact that nobody has ever encountered another version of himself from another universe is scientific proof that the Many Worlds interpretation of Quantum Mechanics is false. Not even out-of-body explorers, near-death experiencers, or the Biblical God Jesus Christ have ever mentioned having encountered other versions of themselves from other universes or other dimensions.
If it has NEVER been experienced NOR observed by anyone, then there is no way that it could ever possibly be true. That’s just the way it is. And, that’s the Scientific Method in action, whether we realize it or not. Science is observation and experience and knowledge, or it should be. If it has never been experienced nor observed, then it doesn’t exist, and it isn’t true.
Here’s how negating the consequent or falsifying a theory works in practice:
Scientific Hypothesis: If the Theory of Evolution and the Second Law of Thermodynamics are true, then we will observe CHANCE doing chemical evolution, abiogenesis, and spontaneous generation all around us all the time in real time. If the Theory of Evolution and the Second Law of Thermodynamics are true, then we will observe CHANCE producing brand new genes, proteins, genomes, and life forms from molecules and atoms out of thin air and out of the swamps all around us all the time in real time.
Scientific Observations: We have NEVER observed CHANCE designing and creating proteins, genes, genomes, and life forms; and, we NEVER will because CHANCE cannot do causation or choice. The chemical evolution, abiogenesis, or spontaneous generation of proteins and genes from atoms by chance alone is physically impossible and has NEVER been observed. Chance cannot do causation or creation. It’s never been observed doing so.
The Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, the Theory of Evolution, Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Atheism, the Second Law of Thermodynamics, Chance Causation, and Creation by Chance are false and have been falsified by the Scientific Method or by the lack of Scientific Observations to support them.
This IS the Scientific Method in action.
I just used the Scientific Method TO PROVE that the Theory of Evolution, the Second Law of Thermodynamics, and Creation by Chance or Causation by Chance are FALSE. I just used the Scientific Method to falsify these things, which means that I used the Scientific Method TO PROVE that they are false.
This IS the valid and sound version of the Scientific Method that’s called negating the consequent or falsifying a theory. We have in fact used the Scientific Method to PROVE beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Second Law of Thermodynamics and the Theory of Evolution are FALSE. We have negated the consequent or FALSIFIED these theories. We have PROVEN that they are false.
Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Nihilism, Atheism, the different versions of the Theory of Evolution, and the Second Law of Thermodynamics ARE AUTOMATICALLY FALSE because by definition they were produced by chance alone, and we all should know that chance cannot do causation or creation. Creation by Chance or Causation by Chance has NEVER been experienced NOR observed, which means that it is FALSE. It’s that simple. This is Truth in Science. This is Truth through Science. This is the pinnacle of the Philosophy of Science.
Here in these essays, I have used Statistics and a couple of different versions of the Scientific Method to PROVE that the second law of thermodynamics and the theory evolution are false. I have also PROVEN that Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Nihilism, Atheism, Determinism, Behaviorism, and every other form of Creation by Chance or Creation Ex Nihilo is FALSE. Chance cannot do causation. Chance and causation are mutually exclusive. They falsify each other.
Materialism, Naturalism, Mechanism, Darwinism, Nihilism, Atheism, Creation by Death or Natural Selection, Boltzmann Brains, Chemical Evolution, Spontaneous Generation, Macro-Evolution, the Theory of Evolution, Creation by Random Disorder or Creation by Entropy, and the Second Law of Thermodynamics ARE AUTOMATICALLY FALSE because they are Creation by Chance and because they have NEVER been experienced NOR observed.
We can calculate the probability of chance events. Statistics is the calculation of the probability of chance events.
After making these kinds of calculations, we have observed that CHANCE ALONE will never assemble amino acids into a functional protein. Protein synthesis can’t happen by chance alone. Our proteins and their matching genes were designed, and made, and used by God. It’s that simple. Here in these science experiments we just used Statistics and the Scientific Methods to find the truth, whether we realize it or not.

I ran a similar antagonistic thought experiment in one of my books. Let’s end with this one just for the fun of it.
For sake of argument, let’s say that we take world-famous atheist Richard Dawkins, grind him up in a blender into individual atoms, and dump the contents of that blender into a tub. According to Richard Dawkins, he is all there in that tub. There is nothing of Richard Dawkins to be found anywhere else in any reality or universe. So, how long is it going to take for Chance or Evolution or Entropy to reassemble Richard Dawkins from the contents of that tub? He’s all there, is he not? So, how long is it going to take for chance or evolution or entropy to reassemble him? According to Richard Dawkins, Stephen Hawking, Ludwig Boltzmann, and Charles Darwin, chance, or evolution, or entropy can do the job if given enough time to do so. So, how long is it going to take? How long will it take Chance or Evolution or Entropy to reassemble Richard Dawkins from the contents of that tub?
We can calculate the probability of chance events, so let’s run the calculation and see what we get.
If you have been following along, then you already know the answer to this question. If God is willing to stir that tub full of Dawkins for all eternity, then it should on average take (10)234 minutes – give or take a few trillion years – for chance or evolution or entropy to assemble that tub full of Dawkins into the simplest protein in the human body by chance alone.
Do you see the problem?
We ground him down into individual atoms, NOT individual amino acids. It’s going to take even longer to assemble the 21 different amino acids from scratch so that we can start our science experiment in the first place.
So, do you see the true answer to this question?
You guessed it!
IT’S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
It’s impossible to assemble functional proteins from an ocean full of the correct amino acids by chance alone, which means that it is IMPOSSIBLE for evolution, entropy, or chance to produce a functional protein from physical atoms by chance alone. Chance cannot do choice or causation.
THEREFORE, IT’S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
It can’t be done by chance alone, which means that it was never done that way in the first place. Using Statistics, Probabilities, and the Scientific Method, we have just PROVEN that a functional protein cannot be produced by chance alone, because chance cannot do choice, creation, or causation.
God designed, made, field-tested, and assembled your proteins along with the matching genes to go along with those proteins. Proteins, genes, genomes, and life forms are God’s Signature. God’s Signature is written on every protein, gene, and cell in your physical body. This is Scientific Proof of God’s Existence whether we realize it or not. This is Truth in Science whether we realize it or not.
Here we just used the Scientific Method to find the truth.
